Situated in west Kissimmee (in the popular Indian Ridge Community) it is only 3.6 miles from Disney World ...and only minutes away from all other major attractions!   Disney's Beach Bungalow is the perfect place to base your Vacation or Holiday in Florida.   For the less than the price of a hotel or resort condo you can enjoy your stay at our beautiful private villa - a fully furnished private home decorated in a fun beach theme ...where the pool never closes!   Imagine coming home from a long day in the theme parks - and only a few minutes from your own villa with a private screened-in pool, covered patio and garden. While you relax by the pool the kids can enjoy playing in the Game Room with the pool table, air hockey table, table football, electronic darts or Playstation2. Why stay here?  Because you won't find all these great amenities very easily... certainly not at these prices.  We really did our research, this is our personal vacation home and we furnish it for our enjoyment too.  We now provide  FREE USA/international long distance and local calls and FREE high speed cable internet access with a PC/printer and webcam... all from within the villa, so contacting home is never a problem.  We also have upgraded to digital cable TV with 200 channels - also FREE .   ... added in January 08 - Xbox and games!

Come in and Take a Look Around on the way to your own private pool...                                Disney's Beach Bungalow can sleep up to 10 people, is air conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room.   This Villa has 4 Bedrooms (all with TV's) and a sofa bed in the Living room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a seperate dining room. The Family room (our Pool Lounge) and rare separate Living room - both have cable TV where you can relax and watch a movie or listen to music. There are 2 Bathrooms, a Game room, full laundry facilities, free gas BBQ next to the pool and an oversized covered patio area. When I came to Orlando, Florida, to go see DisneyWorld with my family, we stayed in a Vacation Villa right next to DisneyWorld. The Villa we stayed in was great. It was like a home away from home and more. The kids had their own rooms and my wife and I had the master bedroom. There was a kitchen so we could cook our own meals and save some money (versus eating out at restaurants or the theme parks). We even had a screened in pool! Also, the place was fully-furnished too. Another great thing about the Villa we stayed in, was its location. It was close to everything. The farthest theme parks were no more than 15 minutes and we were really close to all the great restaurants, shopping and entertainment spots along highway 192. There really is no comparing a hotel room to a vacation villa.
